Patricia has over 25 years of cross-functional work experience in Australia and the Philippines, primarily in the banking and financial services industry. She is passionate about service delivery excellence, quality management and process improvement with six sigma green belt qualifications. Patricia has held leadership positions at Citibank, Baycorp and BDO. She has extensive experience building and leading large-scale operations of 500+ FTE in The Philippines.

Sava has managed strategic projects in Finance, Manufacturing Operations with a strong technology focus that has delivered sustainable cost-saving benefits. Proven expertise in building seamless integration between onshore and offshore operations. He has been a member of the AICM for over 30 years and managed a $3.2B Credit and Risk portfolio. Sava’s experience at board level and dealing with the top four banking, legal and finance firms provides our management team and stakeholders comfort, energy, mentoring, and laser focus to achieve our goals.

Joanna has been with Finstro since 2018 working across multiple functions including corporate governance, compliance, process improvement, regulatory, legal, investor relations and human resources. Joanna has significant prior experience working with executive leadership teams and the board of directors across financial services, property and education industries in both listed and unlisted environments. Most recently she held corporate governance positions at Mirvac, Macquarie and Study Group. Joanna has governance qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia.

Matt is the General Counsel of Finstro. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel for Associated Bank, N.A. in Chicago, IL (NYSE: ASB). Matt has been practising law since 2005 and holds an Economics degree from the University of Iowa, a JD from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Marquette University.
